Director and actor Joe Guarneri points out some of the "naturally creepy" qualities of the abandoned Longfield house on Hope Street, where he has been filming his supernatural thriller "Alone."

NP native returns to produce first feature film.
Guarneri was last seen in the feature film "The Atticus Institute" and the 20th Century Fox TV comedy "Enlisted." He also produced and acted in the award-winning indie film "The Craving Heart," starring veteran actor John Saxon (of "Enter the Dragon," "Dynasty," and "Fantasy Island"). He won a Best Supporting Actor award at an international film festival along the way.
